Our main production area is equipped with 14 injection machines of various sizes, These machines provides us with the capability to injection shot weights from 0.1 gram to over 3000 grams with flexible production runs.

Materials

XINSHENG PLASTICS are experienced in the selection of plastic material for any application and regularly advise customers of the most suitable material for the application.  With more than 20 years of plastic injection experience, we have processed most materials currently available.  The following list represents the greatest usage over the last five years:-
Polystyrenes - including ABS (CHIMEI,LG)

Nylons - Many grades of glass filled and unfilled (DUPONT,BASF,LEONA)

PP – Polypropylene (GE,SINOPEC)

Polyolefins - Low density, High density, Polypropylenes (BASF)

Polycarbonate - including alloys (GE,CHIMEI)

Pmma - polymethyl methacrylate (CHIMEI)
